Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be shipped via UPS or US Mail depending on the delivery address listed with each order. We will ship your order in a timely manner, packaged securely and professionally. The shipping and handling charge is a result of our shipping system and will vary based on the destination of the order. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Privacy & Security

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with us. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with us, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Returns & Replacements

• Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
• E-mail us at shop@poconoraceway.com informing us of your impending return including the reasons for return.
• Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
• Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
• To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
• Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
